RESERVATIONS & ARRIVALS

All services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you sufficient time to fill out a client profile and to prepare for your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require that you advise us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to change or cancel an appointment we have held for you. We may charge up to the full amount of the service to your credit card for a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged to your credit card.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds or reimburse any payment transactions on treatments purchased. We will exchange them for you for other treatments of equal value or company credit of equal value.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please understand that we issue a specific amount of time for each service. All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for the full service.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.
